Mike's Spicy Dry Rub

Try this dry rub on chicken, pork or beef!


3 Tbs. Kosher salt, do not substitute table salt

3 Tbs. Coarse ground black pepper

3 Tbs. Paprika

3 Tbs. Brown sugar, light or dark

1 Tsp. Garlic powder

1 Tsp. Cayenne pepper


Mix ingredients thoroughly and apply liberally to the meat of your choice.  Try my Beer Can Chicken or Grilled London Broil!
