Mike's Grilled London Broil

Using Mike's Spicy Dry Rub gives a London Broil a taste like London has never seen.


1 2-4 pound London Broil

1 Batch Mike's Spicy Dry Rub


Mix up a batch of Mike's Spicy Dry Rub .

Place the London Broil on  a sheet of plastic wrap,.

Pour the dry rub on the beef and coat thoroughly on all sides, patting firmly.

Distribute excess on top and bottom of the meat.

Wrap the plastic wrap tightly around the meat.

Use another piece of plastic wrap to double wrap the meat and wrap in the opposite direction from the first piece to ensure a good seal.

Refrigerate the meat on a plate for 1 day.

Grill the meat until medium rare( or your preference).

Slice on the diagonal, 1/4" thick and serve with Twice Baked Potatoes, grilled onions and peppers and a slice of grilled garlic bread for a great grilled treat!
